Store Policies
Getyourtech offers the following Returns Policy:
All sales are final. However, an exchange can be arranged in the following circumstances:
1. Defective Item Received: If an item is defective upon delivery, then we must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery of the item in order to set up an exchange. 2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, then we must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery of the item in order to set up an exchange for the correct item.
In both cases, items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and all package contents. If you need to set up an exchange, please email us at support@getyourtech.com to get an RMA number.
No returns can be accepted without the RMA number.
Getyourtech offers the following Shipping Policy:
All orders should ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.
We offer UPS shipping. In some cases, FedEx, DHL or USPS may be used in place of UPS but only if the delivery time is less than or equal to the delivery time with UPS. Also, USPS First Class or Priority Mail may be used in place of UPS Ground for certain orders.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
For ground shipping, we cannot guarantee a delivery date because items ship from various warehouses located throughout the country.
